STORIES OF THE SEASON​

This the first mask collaboration I did with my producing partner and co-writer Rob Harrison. These are just some of the masks used in the show.
THE MONKEY KING​
​
These masks were commissioned in 2020 for a touring school production of the Chinese fable THE MONKEY KING. Produced by the non-profit ENRICHMENTWORKS, this fable will tour Los Angeles schools in 2020, introducing many youngsters to their very first live play.
LUCKY STIFF

In 2018 I was commissioned to make masks for a musical production at the Harvard-Westlake School here in Los Angeles.
I made a total of 26 masks from the base of about 5 sculpted dogs, changing each one to make different breeds.
They are painted neon because they were used in a nightmare sequence in which the dogs come to our hero in a frightening dream that was made quite effective in the theater by using black lights to highlight their strangeness.
